WATERLOO, Ontario – January 24, 2012 - Teledyne DALSA, a world leader in high performance digital imaging and semiconductors and a division of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, has announced changes to its management team in its digital imaging business.

Dr. Jim Roberts, President of Teledyne DALSA Digital Imaging, has chosen to start phasing in early retirement and is stepping down from his duties as President. Dr. Roberts will continue with the company on a part time basis and participate in activities relating to strategic and technology business development. Moving forward, he will hold the position of Vice President of Strategic Planning, reporting to the CEO of Teledyne DALSA, Inc., Brian Doody.

Effective January 2, 2012, Dr. Gareth Ingram has been promoted to the position of Executive Vice President and General Manager of Teledyne DALSA Digital Imaging. Dr. Ingram will assume overall responsibility for the digital imaging business, reporting to Brian Doody, and will join Teledyne DALSA Inc.'s executive team. He previously held the position of Vice President and General Manager of Teledyne DALSA Digital Imaging's Waterloo Operations. There will be no changes to management structure or responsibilities in Teledyne DALSA Asia Pacific, Teledyne DALSA Professional Imaging or Teledyne DALSA Semiconductor. Furthermore, sales channel relationships and interactions, company-wide, are unaffected by this change.
