Better Resolution, Lower Dose

Teledyne DALSA’s Xineos-1313-EO is designed for both panoramic and Medium Field of View (MFOV) Cone Beam CT applications. Its unsurpassed image quality aids practioners in identifying impacted teeth, examining the upper and lower maxilla (jaw bones) for feasibility of dental implants, monitoring growth and development of the jaws in relation to the teeth, and identifying potential problems between teeth and jaws and the temporomandibular joint (TMJ).

The Xineos-1313-EO offers two modes of operation for Extra-oral imaging:

  • Medium Field of View (MFOV) Cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) - Teledyne DALSA's advanced capabilities include full frame 30 frames per second performance with full resolution 100µm pixels, the industry's lowest electronic noise and a Gigabit Ethernet or Camera Link interface.
  • Frame Based Panoramic Imaging - The Xineos-1313-EO is also compatible with frame-based panoramic imaging at full resolution with an active area of 10mm x 131mm at frame rates of 300fps or higher to eliminate motion blur. Image quality is limited only by the x-ray source, since Xineos also offers the ability to detect single x-ray photon events.
