A Special Meeting of the shareholders will be held at DALSA’s headquarters, located at 605 McMurray Road, Waterloo, Ontario on February 10, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time). Shareholders are urged to carefully read the information circular mailed to them in connection with the proposed Arrangement.
