Describe your issue in detail
To help us better understand your problem, you may attach files such as a sample image file and the camera control files used. The image file must be saved as a BMP or TIFF. Lossy compression formats such as JPG are not useful. Camera files are either the Sapera pair (CCA & CVI) or the IFC config file (TXT). 20 MB file size maximum. ZIP/EXE files are not allowed.
