MEMS Prototyping and Production featured at SPIE’s Photonics West 2016

WATERLOO, Ontario – February 9, 2016 – Teledyne DALSA’s Semiconductor Foundry, a global leader in MEMS/MOEMS fabrication, and Teledyne DALSA will feature its latest technology advancements at SPIE’s Photonics West. Hosted at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, the event runs from February 16-18, 2016. Teledyne DALSA will be co-located with partners, Teledyne Judson and Teledyne Imaging Sensors in booth 2600.

As one of the world’s foremost pure-play MEMS foundries, Teledyne DALSA Semiconductor uses both 150mm and 200mm wafers, and delivers a complete solution, from prototype to production. A comprehensive MEMs toolbox allows high volume manufacture for a wide range of applications including pressure sensors, microphones, inertial sensors, micro-mirrors, micro-fluidics and RF MEMs.

Teledyne DALSA will showcase its newest area and line scan cameras, including its low-cost Genie Nano andLinea GigE line scan cameras, and its uncooled long wave infrared (LWIR) camera, CalibirTM.
