We also offer a broad range of UV, X-Ray imaging solutions, and with Canada's only world-class MEMS foundry and technology partners, we have the capability and the access to Short-, Mid-, and Long- wavelength IR detector technology, all from "ITAR free" sources.

 

X-Ray (0.01-10 nm)

Teledyne DALSA offers cutting edge image sensor technology for X-ray imaging. Our sensors are designed specifically for X-ray applications, and offer significant advantages over traditional film or existing electronic imagers. Thanks to exceptionally low electronic noise floors, our sensors deliver exceptionally wide dynamic range for image quiality that does not degrade at low doses. Teledyne DALSA's sophisticated architectures also prevents sensor saturation due to overexposure at higher doses. Our pixel designs simultaneously yield better resolution and better contrast for the highest image quality available. 

We offer large field of view, high frame rate CMOS flat detectors as well as scanning TDI CCDs.

With radiation-hard pixel designs for longer device lifetime Teledyne DALSA's sensors will provide consistent image quality over the long term. With package encapsulation technology designed for harsh environments, our sensors will withstand shocks and vibrations as well as repeated cleanings in harsh environments.

Ultraviolet (193-400 nm)

Teledyne DALSA's proprietary UV-imaging technology can sense wavelength ranges down to 193 nm. Based on a back-side illuminated detector concept, this technology can be implemented in both high-speed CCD and CMOS technologies. Teledyne DALSA offers custom-developed detectors and cameras for a variety of applications and conditions.

Visible Light (400-650 nm)

Based on Teledyne DALSA's extensive camera and detector technology platforms, Teledyne DALSA can virtually offer every possible product for visible Defense and Security applications. Standard, customized and full custom CMOS and CCD detectors can be combined with the latest "smart" camera concepts, resulting in advanced low SWAP (Size Weight And Power) solutions for a variety applications.

Near Infrared (650-1050 nm)

Based on its impressive line of CMOS and CCD technologies, Teledyne DALSA offers a range of NIR-sensitive detectors. Proprietary device and process engineering allow for high sensitivity in the 800-1000 nm range, while still maintaining important features such as Over Exposure Control. Standard, customized and full custom CMOS and CCD detectors can be combined with the latest "smart" camera concepts, resulting in advanced low SWAP (Size Weight And Power) solutions for a variety of applications.

Short-Wave Infrared (1050-2500 nm)

Teledyne DALSA offers custom SWIR cameras, developed and qualified to customer specification, based on both 3rd party detectors and on the many Teledyne DALSA camera platforms. Teledyne DALSA is able to add value by providing unsurpassed camera concepts. With extensive experience with temperature stabilization, advanced low power interfaces and "smart" camera technologies, Teledyne DALSA has the solutions you need for critical applications.

Medium-Wave Infrared (3000-5000 nm)

Teledyne DALSA offers custom MWIR cameras, developed and qualified to customer specification, based on both 3rd party un-cooled detector technology and on our camera platforms. In some cases, Teledyne DALSA, in cooperation with technology partners, can offer custom detector design, tailored to specific needs. No matter what detector you choose, Teledyne DALSA is able to add value by providing unsurpassed camera concepts. With extensive experience with temperature stabilization, advanced low power interfaces and "smart" camera technologies, Teledyne DALSA has the solutions you need for critical applications.

Long-Wave Infrared (8000-12000 nm)

Teledyne DALSA offers custom LWIR cameras, developed and qualified to customer specification, based on both 3rd party un-cooled detector technology and on one of the many Teledyne DALSA camera platforms. In some cases, Teledyne DALSA, in cooperation with technology partners, can offer custom detector design, tailored to specific needs.
