PRESS RELEASE: Teledyne DALSA Semiconductor Announces Sample & Hold Precision Linear Amplifier IC for High Density MEMS/MOEMS Systems

WATERLOO, Ontario - April 5, 2012 - Teledyne DALSA Semiconductor, a Teledyne Technologies company, announced today the availability of its DH9665A Sample & Hold Precision Linear Amplifier Integrated Circuit. Using proprietary High Voltage CMOS/DMOS technology, the DH9665A is designed for next-generation, high density, small footprint, low power system requirements using MEMS or MOEMS activation with electrostatic forces. This device showcases Teledyne DALSA Semiconductor's suite of product development and manufacturing capabilities for MEMS/CCD/HV-CMOS solutions.

"The DH9665A achieves impressive precision with the smallest footprint area per channel in the industry."

The DH9665A extends Teledyne DALSA's industry leading MEMS and MOEMS capability and provides a cost-effective solution for high density systems. It offers voltage precision of ±20mV with a wide linear output range up to 240V on 96 independently operated sample & hold amplifiers. The RoHS compliant DH9665A is available immediately in either a 17x17mm BGA Package or as bumped die with a footprint of 0.8mm2 per channel.
