96-Channel, Precision High Voltage Programmable 16-bit DAC with S/H

DH9685A HV DAC with S/HTeledyne DALSA's DH9685A is a 96-channel, 16-bit DAC with an integrated high voltage sample and hold amplifier that delivers an output range from 0V up to 240V, adjustable with reference input VRef.

Combining lower cost per output with lower temperature operation, the DH9685A delivers industry-leading performance for HV MEMS actuation

The DH9685A uses a standard SPI®/3-wire serial interface to control four low voltage DACs. With the 5-bit address word AD4-AD0 and the S/H signal, one quad of sample and hold units is selected, and DACs values are charged in the hold capacitors. Then, the corresponding HV amplifiers bring the sampled value to high voltage with a typical closed-loop gain of 79V/V. An on-chip silicon diode is available for temperature monitoring.
