Teledyne DALSA’s DH0357A is composed of two independent Channel HV Analog Amplifiers, a 1-Channel Fast HV Digital Driver, a DC/DC Boost Converter to supply HV power supply and MEMS sensing capability. ADC temperature monitor and I2C-bus interface are also included.
The two independent low frequency (up to 4kHz) Channel HV Analog Amplifiers, have adjustable gain and selectable input modes: Single ended or Differential with a 5-bit resolution output DC bias. The 1-Channel Fast HV Digital Driver (up to 70kHz), has a 9-bit resolution output and a selectable slew rate.
The DC/DC Boost Converter, including internal power MOSFET, generates an 8-bit resolution HV power supply. Combined with external components, Slow and Fast MEMS movement sensing are made possible using integrated OpAmps configured as transimpedance amplifiers to convert current into voltage. Two OpAmps are available for Slow sensing: a low noise OpAmp and another with a 5-bit programmable output DC bias for additional gain and filtering. For Fast sensing, two more independent low voltage OpAmps with a 5-bit output DC bias and adjustable capacitive feedback compensation are available.
