Attachment

To help us better understand your problem, you may attach files such as a sample image file and the camera control files used. The image file must be saved as a bmp or tiff. Lossy compression formats such as jpg are not useful. Camera files are either the Sapera pair (cca & cvi) or the IFC config. File (*.txt)
For multiple files, please zip all files together before attaching.
